Designed specifically for use with a RAD Roller and/or RAD Rounds, the portable RAD Block provides two beneficial ways to improve your mobility / recovery training. By placing the roller or massage balls into the available slots of the RAD Block, you can quickly secure these tools into a static position for hands-free, focused targeting of difficult treatment areas like the pecs, adductors, and shoulders.

The RAD Roller can be popped into the RAD Block vertically or horizontally, depending on your goals, and the block itself features a rubberized exterior that won’t damage your flooring or your skin during use. When you’re done training, your RAD accessories can also be stored within the RAD Block by sliding them into the storage holes in the side of the unit. It’s the ultimate portable, all-in-one mobility kit.
