The Garmin HRM-Pro Plus includes all the features of the Pro model, with the addition of a convenient tool-free door for easier battery charging. 

This advanced, lightweight monitor transmits real-time heart rate data over ANT+® connectivity and BLUETOOTH® Low Energy technology, giving you more options to train indoors, outdoors, or even online. Accurate heart rate monitoring can be received on your Garmin GPS smartwatch or other devices, as well as various online training apps and compatible fitness equipment. This Pro Plus model also captures running dynamics such as vertical oscillation, ground contact time, stride length, vertical ratio and more; helping athletes study and scientifically improve their performance.

As another advantage over the standard HRM-Dual monitor, both the HRM-Pro and Pro Plus can store heart rate data during swimming or other activities while your watch is out of range, then send that data to your watch once the activity is finished. It will also store steps, calories, and intensity minutes, then sync them to your watch.

HRM-Pro Plus features a small, lightweight heart rate monitoring module that is no wider than the width of the soft, comfortable strap. The user-replaceable coin cell battery lasts for up to one year (based on tri training 1 hour per day).
